Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility to spearhead brand marketing efforts to dramatically grow our revenue, recognition and credibility as a global leader
- Plan, develop and execute an effective cross-channel marketing strategy, branding, communication strategies and work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure strategy is in line with business and commercial objectives.
- Define and manage budgets, KPIs according to business targets, analyse market trends and preparing forecasts
- Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies and generate new business leads
- Management of targeted social channels established to drive key campaigns reach and conversion.
- Increase brand awareness and market share in the plant-based industry
- Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments
- Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration
- At least seven years’ experience as a marketing manager in food related industry
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Less experience candidate can be considered as Senior Manager
- Based in London is highly preferred
