Our Team:

You will be working directly with our CEO and other global account executives to fuel the growth of our organization, joining a collective team that is diverse, mission-driven, and highly collaborative. Our passion for our mission and products enables us to build lasting relationships throughout the International foodservice community. Our sales team is responsible for meeting revenue targets and managing new and existing booking all while advocating for Leanpath’s global vision of preventing food waste.

 

What your role will be:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our GrowthTeam as an Enterprise Account Executive. This person will be a driving force to help achieve our company’s next wave of growth in North America developing new client partnerships with leading foodservice and hospitality businesses.

Drive:

  • Full-cycle enterprise selling; including prospecting, discovery, business case development, consultative strategy development, building a buying coalition, and driving large, multi-site deployments .
  • Research and establishment of lead generation and territory development.
  • Run buying processes with a broad coalition of stakeholders: Negotiate and close complex multi-unit, multi-site contracts.

 

Engage:

  • Create vision, scope, and business cases for client programs including growth models and performance assessments.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge & mastery of Leanpath solutions and industry landscape ranging from site scoping, mapping capabilities, and client goals.
  • Transition new customers to Leanpath Onboarding and Customer Success Teams
  • Collaborate with marketing team on sales enablement tools, case studies, webinars and more to drive awareness and lead generation

 

What you bring to the table:

Drive: You are passionate about food waste prevention and want to use your abilities to make a measurable impact in the world!

Experience:

  • 5+years enterprise and new sales experience, with experience in the food sector.
  • Proven success selling technology solutions to enterprise buyers
    Proven success exceeding quotas.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in remote locations of fast-growing start-ups
  • Skilled with working with diverse client sets through complex collusion sales

 

Communication: Your interpersonal skills are off the charts. You are skilled at influencing decisions and negotiations. You are able to clearly articulate and disseminate information to colleagues and clients.

Independent: You thrive in an ambiguous environment and have the ability to work independently but also creatively.

Customer Centric: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have experience building successful relationships and negotiating with all levels of business, from assistants to C-Suite executives.

Proactive: You have a positive, curious and ambitious attitude. Motivation is key and you have a “winning” mindset.

Flexible: You are an effective problem solver, comfortable with high growth environments, and adaptable to new surroundings and situations.

Emotionally Intelligent: We work with a global issue that affects everyone in the world. You have the ability to empathize with our client organizations’ challenges and find creative solutions to accelerate their food waste reduction efforts.

Organized: Have an eye for process orientation and improvement.
