The Spoon Food Tech Meetups

The Spoon launched a Food Tech Meetup series! We’re hoping these recurring free (thanks to our sponsor ChefSteps!) events will provide a space for people to learn about and discuss innovations in the future of cooking, agriculture, the kitchen, and more. We’re hoping to make Seattle an innovation hub for the intersection of food and technology, and we’d love to have you join us.

August: The Future of Restaurants

August 28th 6:30-8:30

What will the restaurant of the future look like? Is it run by robot who cook and serve your meals? Will there be menus with augmented reality? Or will there be a chasm, with only fast-casual restaurants embrace tech, while higher-end establishments stick with homemade ingredients and the white glove experience? Those are exactly the questions we’ll be exploring in our next food tech meetup all about The Future of the Restaurant.
