myAir, is a revolutionary smart food startup, leading the smart food industry. We develop functional plant-based nutrition bars, proven to reduce stress, and leverage AI (artificial intelligence) to tailor them to the consumers’ stress effects.
As myAir’s Country Manager – US, you will develop new sales channels and strategic distribution collaborations with online / e-commerce / hybrid platforms & channels for health & wellness products (supplements, vitamins, functional food).
Scope:
Development and execution of the commercial and distribution Strategy & Business Plan for the US
Build sales pipeline in accordance with targets
Develop long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate terms & conditions
Liaise with stakeholders & partners
Market analysis; consumer trends
You:
· You have a passion for food tech, health & wellness.
· University degree in Business or another relevant field
· At least 7 years of successful business development / sales/ key account/ category management/commercial management experience in the US online B2C / FMCG markets for health & wellness products (supplements, functional food, vitamins, …)
· You are both strategic and hands-on operational
· Proven track record in initiating, managing and growing new (online) sales channels and Strong customer-orientation;
Strong proven track record in customer lead generation, customer success, collaboration, and sales growth
Demonstrated ability of being a dynamic self-starter, to work independently and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems with incomplete and/or ambiguous information
Ability to travel up to 50% in the United States
Passion for the environment of early-stage startups
The role will be remote and based at the home-office. This is a full-time, exclusive role with an employment agreement.
