In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that Helaina’s roadmap to strategic initiatives is completed on time and in the most effective manner.
What You’ll Do
- Quarterback the planning and execution; facilitate development readiness to ensure all stakeholders can successfully accomplish objectives on time
- Support team in delivering against project milestones in a timely and successful manner
- Manage, facilitate, and schedule weekly project meetings
- Track milestones, deadlines, data, and information for different types of projects
- Lead internal (project team) and external (third party) project communications
- Streamline approach to managing projects based on industry best practices
- Build and optimize internal infrastructure for tracking progress
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, and a prior startup experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Excellent organization and communication skills (prior knowledge of monday.com software is desired)
- Self-motivated, resourceful, quick learner, adaptable
- Strong project leadership skills; assertive and diplomatic, willing to hold others accountable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation
The Logistics
- Terms of employment: Full-time, non-exempt
- Location: NYC or Remote; United States
