Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
- Engage and connect with both online and offline community to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement and to respond to comments and requests.
- Responsible in events and activations for press, build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and our communities
- Assist in the Social Media activations and collaborations with Food Service
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.
Requirements:
- A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, or related field is an advantage
- Experience with Food Service is highly recommended
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential
- Knowledge of graphic design principles
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
- At least five years of experience managing social media platforms
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
- Superb time management skills
- Based in London is highly preferred
