Our mission is to empower plant-based dairy to give it the creaminess and mouthfeel consumers strive for. To do this we are developing creamy fat ingredients from non-GMO yeast to be sold as B2B ingredients.
Your mission
As Food & Biochemistry Intern you will be responsible for supporting the effort to develop processes to efficiently extract our indulgent cream. You will work with microbiologists, fermentation scientist, and food technologists to ensure we extract a delicious ingredient in a price competitive way.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor in Biotechnology, Food Processing or equivalent
- Initial experience in lysis and separation technologies
- Understanding of protein and lipid chemistry
- A proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn quickly new things.
